Musumé, a full-service, contemporary Asian restaurant, leased 5,000 square feet at Hall Arts, an 18-story, 500,000-square-foot, mixed-use project in Dallas’ Arts District. The restaurant, created and co-owned by Josh Babb of Rock Libations, joins Stephen Pyles’ Flora Street Café as Hall Arts’ second restaurant. The restaurant, whose name means “daughter” in Japanese, is scheduled to open on Flora Street in November 2017.
Michelle Caplan with Weitzman Group represented Hall Arts in the deal. Dana Foley with Gensler is designing the restaurant’s interior. “We are excited to have Musumé joining Hall Arts this year, and think it will be a great fit for the neighborhood,” said Craig Hall, with Hall Group, the developer of Hall Arts.
