The mixed-use Music Lane development on Austin’s South Congress Avenue added new tenants, well ahead of its planned opening in spring 2020. The $55-million, 163,000-square-foot project is under development by Turnbridge Equities, Clark Lydia and Austin Pfiester.
The current tenant roster includes:
- Soho House
- Jewelry designer Nak Armstrong
- Manready Mercantile, an apothecary, candle and apparel store
- Tuft & Needle, specializing in premium mattresses, bedding and bedroom furniture
- Sustainable women’s clothing and accessory retailer, Reformation
- Luxury perfume retailer Le Labo
- Menswear retailer Buck Mason
- Mediterranean restaurant Aba
The two-acre site at 1009 and 1011 S. Congress Ave. consisted of an assemblage acquired through three separate acquisitions throughout 2016, according to Turnbridge Equities’ website. Lake Flato is the architect for the project. Endeavor Real Estate Group has the leasing assignment.
