Murray Hill Elevator Building Comes to Market

The Tri-State Investment Sales Group for Avison Young has been named the exclusive agent to market a five-story, 12-unit, residential property at 130 E. 37th Street in Manhattan’s Murray Hill neighborhood. The asking price is $4,600,000.

James Nelson, principal and head of Tri-State Investment Sales, is marketing the property on behalf of the owner along with director Mitchell Levine and senior associates Alexandra Marolda and Bradley Rothschild.

“This is a tremendous opportunity for an end-user to invest in a stunning, turnkey asset offering a corner elevator building with 12 free market units,” said Nelson. “Murray Hill is in high demand and the property at 130 E. 27th offers 70’ of wrap-around frontage with 50’ of frontage on Lexington Avenue. The property is situated in Murray Hill and is in close proximity to Midtown – allowing residents to walk to work rather than having to rely on public transportation.”
