Multiple Leases Negotiated in the Austin Area
Representatives from Retail Solutions and Equitable Commercial Realty (ECR) negotiated the following leases in and around the Austin area:
- Attain IT leased 1,020 square feet at the Wells Fargo Building, 2028 E. Ben White. The landlord was represented by Jason Steinberg and Rebecca Zigterman with ECR, and the tenant was represented by Haley Smith with ECR.
- Barton Creek Auto Credit leased 6,500 square feet at 21701 S. Interstate 35 in Kyle, TX. Andrew Perkel of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Nancy Thompson of Bolton Real Estate represented the tenant.
- BCR leased 4,711 square feet of office/warehouse space at Springwoods Business Center, 13581 Pond Springs Rd. The landlord was co-represented by Lee Ellison and Steve Pannes with ECR.
- Crestview Veterinarian Clinic leased 2,318 square feet at Richcreek Plaza, 7415 Burnet Rd. Robby Eaves and Phil Morris of Retail Solutions represented the tenant. Nick Tarantino of Tarantino Properties represented the landlord.
- Don Mario Mexican Restaurant leased 3,034 square feet at Lighthouse Marketplace, 1700 Ranch Road 620. Robby Eaves of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Minerva Urie of Manicom Real Estate represented the tenant.
- Paloma Bakery leased 1,030 square feet at 1408 Cesar Chavez. Robby Eaves and Phil Morris of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Bryan Cady of DEN Property Group represented the tenant.
- Tea Haus and Poke Haus leased 2,090 square feet at 2222 Station, 10815 Ranch Road 2222. Tucker Francis and Robby Eaves of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Jonathan Tjahja of Astono Real Estate Partners represented the tenant.
