Multi-Disciplinary Veteran Foussianes Joins Savills Studley in Chicago

Nick Foussianes has joined the Chicago office of Savills Studley as corporate managing director. He brings 30-plus years’ experience in commercial real estate—with a multi-disciplinary approach that spans architecture and project management as well as brokerage—to the tenant representation firm.

Foussianes began his CRE as an architect with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in Chicago. He has held leadership positions with JLL and Colliers International.

Over the course of his career, Foussianes has overseen purchase and lease transactions totaling over $400 million, and ground-up and tenant fit-up projects totaling more than $150 million. His client roster has included Microsoft, Citigroup, BP America, Crum & Forster, Aon, Willis, Sears, Maytag and Wilson Sporting Goods.
