MRI Software Bolsters Property Management Platform with Acquisition

Solon, OH-based MRI Software is expanding its offerings for housing agencies with the acquisition of Lindsey Software, a provider of property management software and services for public and affordable housing organizations. Terms of the deal to acquire Little Rock, AR-based Lindsey weren’t disclosed.

“Acquiring Lindsey enhances our already extensive public housing offering and represents another important milestone in our goal of providing world-class technology and services that cover the full range of needs for organizations operating in the sector,” said David Carner, SVP of residential solutions at MRI Software.

He added, “Lindsey has been serving the public housing industry for 60 years, and their solutions are being used by more than 700 public housing authorities across the United States, making them a great addition to MRI. With Lindsey’s industry-leading mobile applications and screening and accounting services, we’ll be able to provide public housing authorities with even more tools.”
