MoxieBridge Acquires 141K-SF Jupiter Business Park
Berkeley Partners struck a deal with MoxieBridge Inc. to sell Jupiter Business Park, a 141,200-square-foot, five-building light industrial park in Plano, TX. In addition, the local buyer obtained a five-year, fixed-rate acquisition loan from Grant Street Funding for the purchase.
Jupiter Business Park is on 8.1 acres at 1111 Jupiter Rd. The property is 88% leased.
Stephen Bailey with JLL led the team representing the Dallas-based seller. Campbell Roche, Steven Heldenfels and Jarrod McCabe worked with MoxieBridge on obtaining the acquisition financing.
MoxieBridge is no stranger to North Texas investments. In July 2019, the company acquired a North Texas-based 168,600-square-foot industrial portfolio. Earlier, in June 2019, the company bought the 169,808-square foot Midtown Office Center.
