Move, Inc. Renews for 65K in Westlake With EOP

Move, Inc., operator of leading online real estate services destination realtor.com, has reportedly renewed its 65,000-square-foot lease at 30700 Russell Ranch Road in Westlake Village. The 138,00-square-foot class A office building was acquired by Equity Office Properties, as a part of Equity’s purchase of Arden Realty earlier this year.

David Toomey, Brian Davies and Carlo Brignardello of Cresa represented Move, Inc. in the transaction. Equity Office Properties was represented by Matt Heyn, David Solomon and Troy Pollet of CBRE.

Toomey says the site has “worked well” for Move for many years, noting that a sizable tenant improvement allowance and the newly built Shoppes at Westlake Village were attractive factors.
