Moses & Singer Takes Early Renewal at Chrysler Building
Moses & Singer LLP has signed an early lease renewal for its 73,485 square feet at the Chrysler Building, maintaining its presence there for at least 15 more years. The century-old law firm was represented by a Colliers International team of Michael T. Cohen, Robert Tunis, Eric Ferriello and Jessica Verdi.
“Moses & Singer, one of New York’s oldest premier law firms, wanted to maintain its presence in the Chrysler Building, one of New York’s truly iconic addresses,” said Cohen. Along with the early renewal of its two-floor lease, the firm also opted for a redesign of the space, on which Colliers will be the project manager.
“Our new lease provides stability and continuity for the firm, and it also enables us to make our space more efficient to accommodate future growth,” said Alan Kolod, chairman of Moses & Singer. Tishman Speyer, the property’s owner, handled negotiations in-house.
