Morgan/Harbour Promotes Tolan to Team Leader

Morgan/Harbour Construction has promoted Craig Tolan from senior project manager to team leader. He will now manage the construction process for the Willowbrook, IL-based company, including estimating, schedule adherence and contract administration.

With 28 years’ experience in the construction industry, Tolan joined Morgan / Harbour last summer “and has consistently demonstrated leadership, professionalism and expertise,” said Ben Warriner, EVP/partner. “He has risen to each opportunity presented to him, and serves as a respected and knowledgeable voice on our project team. This is a well-deserved promotion, and we’re pleased to have Tolan as a part of our team.”

Tolan has managed a variety of large, complex projects in Illinois, Iowa and Colorado, including industrial, healthcare, senior living, multifamily, office, and educational facilities.
