More Space for Solar Company in Metuchen, NJ

Pro Custom Solar expanded its lease for office space at 325 High St. in Metuchen, NJ.

“This company has a high headcount of employees, and they were having difficulty finding a building with enough parking,” said Michael G. Markey, executive managing director for Colliers International Group, which represents both the landlord and the tenant.

Pro Custom Solar initially leased 35,000 square feet of office and warehouse at the property a year ago. The new lease adds an additional 18,000 square feet of office space, which will help them meet the demands of their growth.

Pro Custom Solar designs solar systems for residential and commercial properties, handling permitting as well as installation.
