More Leases at 850K-SF 437 Madison

Three firms have signed leases in the last three weeks for office space at 437 Madison Ave., a 40-story, 850,000-square-foot property in Midtown East. Most recently, global investment firm Lighthouse Investment Partners inked a 17,750-square-foot deal, taking down a full floor.

“437 Madison Ave. has been incredibly well-received by the market following our spectacular renovation project,” said Michael Lenchner, vice president and director of leasing at Sage Realty Corporation, the leasing and management division of building owner The William Kaufman Organization (WKO).

The multi-million-dollar capital improvement program features a redesigned lobby, plaza, arcade and a 15th floor “sky lounge” with outdoor conference rooms, sunrise yoga classes and spectacular views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The towers originally opened in 1967, with Modernist design by renowned architectural firm Emery Roth & Sons.
