Molto Plans Spec Industrial at Ameriplex
Molto Properties has acquired 16.58 acres of land in Indianapolis, with plans to develop a speculative industrial facility, its second in this market. Pricing was not disclosed.
The site at 5610 Stanley Rd. is part of the Ameriplex logistics campus (pictured), a 1,700-acre master-planned park developed in a public-private partnership between the City of Indianapolis and Holladay Properties. The park is centrally located for logistics and distribution.
Molto will develop a cross-dock 246,426 square foot Class A spec building featuring 32-foot clear height. Completion is targeted for the third quarter of 2019.
“Indianapolis is a strong industrial market with steady demand for quality industrial space that is outpacing the supply,” said VP Kevin Scott at Molto.
Terry Busch and Jared Scaringe of CBRE represented Molto in the transaction. Busch and Scaringe will also be responsible for leasing the distribution facility upon completion.
