Moinian, Bushburg Near Completion on Resi Tower

The Moinian Group and Bushburg Properties’ luxury residential project at 123 Linden Blvd. in Brooklyn’s Prospect Lefferts Garden is nearing completion and will launch later this summer. Moinian’s lending arm previously provided a $160-million construction loan to finance the project.

The 26-story property represents Bushburg’s largest development to date. “Our partnership with The Moinian Group is a recipe for complete success,” said Bushburg’s Sholom Laine. “Our expertise in the Brooklyn market with Moinian’s seasoned development record is an invaluable asset for our flagship project.”

The Moinian Group, which acquired 123 Linden in 2018, has been providing strategic counsel during the construction phase, and will operate the property upon completion. The building will be Moinian’s first ownership position in Brooklyn.
