Mobile Home Community Trades in McAllen

Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of Texan Mobile Home Park, an 880,783-square-foot manufactured homes community in McAllen. The 280-unit park sold for an undisclosed sum at near the full asking price.

Jeff Taylor, senior associate and Will Shealy, associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership.  The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Taylor and Shealy.

“The buyer was looking to expand their mobile home presence into the Texas market, and this park fit their profile,” said Shealy.  “The upside this deal offered made for an intriguing acquisition for the buyer.”

Texan Mobile Home Park is located at 2917 W. U.S. Hwy. 83 in McAllen.
