ML Realty Completes 479K SF of Leases in Chicago, Suburbs

ML Realty Partners recently completed 479,249 square feet of industrial leases across its portfolio in Chicago and the suburbs. The recent lease transactions are as follows:

• United Trading, Inc., signed a new lease for 33,599 square feet at 201 W. Oakton Ave. in Des Plaines, IL.

• Ferguson Enterprises LLC renewed its lease for 112,000 square feet at 3509 W. Addison St. on Chicago’s North Side.

• Generation Brands LLC renewed its lease for 309,940 square feet at 7300, 7350 and 7400 Linder Ave. in Skokie, IL.

• Renewal By Andersen LLC has signed a new lease for 23,710 square feet at Heritage Crossing, 14503 S. Gougar in Lockport, IL.
