ML Realty Completes 280K SF of Leases

ML Realty Partners recently completed two industrial leases in Elk Grove Village, IL and one in Chicago, totaling 279,711 square feet. The transactions were as follows:

• IMS Companies renewed its lease for 107,531 square feet at 2701 Busse Rd. in Elk Grove Village.

• OldCastle BuildingEnvelope renewed its lease for 86,190 square feet at 4161 S. Morgan St. on Chicago’s South Side.

• Graphic Innovators signed a new lease for 85,990 square feet at 2250 Lively Blvd. (pictured) in Elk Grove Village.

“These leases demonstrate our ability to provide long-term solutions to our existing and new clients,” said Patrick Shannon, SVP of ML Realty Partners.
