ML Realty Adds Properties in Central DuPage, I-55 Submarkets

ML Realty Partners acquired two single-tenant buildings at 1565 Hunter Rd. in Hanover Park and 7100 S. Madison St. in Willowbrook, IL. These fully-leased industrial buildings total approximately 101,405 square feet. Deal terms weren’t disclosed.

1565 Hunter is located in the Central DuPage County submarket. Situated on a 4.5-acre site two miles from I-390, the property provides direct access to O’Hare International Airport from the west.

7100 S. Madison is located on the eastern end of the I-55 Corridor submarket. Located a mile and a half north of I-55 and three miles west of I-294, the property provides expressway access in all directions.

“These two buildings further prove the quality of industrial real estate in the Chicagoland market and ML Realty Partners’ commitment to growing our Chicago portfolio,” said ML Realty’s Brendan Hill.

Colliers International’s Jeffrey Devine and Steven Disse represented the seller in the acquisition.
