Mixed-Use Project Proposed in Dublin
Long-time Bay Area property owner and developer Jean Di Manto plans to realize the vision of her late husband and his partners at Dublin Land Company, to develop a roughly 76-acre, mixed-use property in San Francisco’s East Bay community of Dublin. The site along Tassajara Road, between Gleason Drive and I-580, currently consists of five vacant parcels.
After the passing of her husband last fall, Di Manto decided to sell the parcels to SCS Development Company. The MXU will be developed in partnership with Aliso Viejo, CA-based Shea Properties, which will entitle and build the project.
The proposed development would be named “At Dublin,” and include housing, retail, entertainment, and restaurant space, as well as a hotel. The design vision will incorporate plazas and a town square to serve as an outdoor gathering place.
Retail West’s Kent DeSpain and Hilary Parker are handling the retail leasing of “At Dublin.”
