Mission Companies to JLL: Please Lease Ashford Portfolio

The Mission Companies tapped JLL to lease up its Ashford Portfolio, a series of Class B office buildings totaling 245,000 square feet in West Houston. JLL’s Jack Russo and Scott Fikes will head the team in marketing and leasing efforts on behalf of the property.

The portfolio consists of four two-story buildings at 14800, 14811 and 14825 St. Mary’s Lane, and 950 Threadneedle St. The buildings delivered from 1975 to 1980, and underwent renovations as recently as 2014. The portfolio is approximately 82% leased, with tenants from the energy, engineering, financial and professional services and legal sectors.

“Thanks to a diverse tenant base and strong ownership, these assets have enjoyed relative stability throughout the oil downturn,” Russo said.
