Mirante-Led Avison Team Markets Far West Side Mixed-Use

Avison Young has been named leasing agent for Six60 Twelfth, a 300,000-square-foot, mixed-use building under construction at 660 Twelfth Ave. on Manhattan’s Far West Side. The firm’s Arthur Mirante, Mitti Liebersohn, Todd Korren and Dominic Perkovic will handle the assignment.

The team is marketing a total of 96,000 square feet, including ground-floor retail and five floors of office space, with terraces offering Hudson River and Manhattan views. The complex will include The Glasshouse, a 75,000-square-foot, multi-functional event space that can accommodate up to 1,850 guests. It will be available to lease for events, conferences, on-site meetings and dining.

“Six60 Twelfth is ideal for creative companies seeking to attract the best and the brightest,” said Mirante. “The building boasts a dramatic two-story lobby entrance, high ceilings and multiple terraces offering abundant light and unparalleled views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline.”

Connect New York 2020 is set to take place on Wednesday, April 29 at Upper Story by Charlie Palmer. For more information, or to register, click  here.
