Minneapolis Apts. Sell in All-Cash Deal

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Paul Apartments, a 19-unit multifamily complex in the Saint Anthony Main/Marcy-Holmes district of Minneapolis. The asset sold for $2,100,000.

Abe Roberts, Chris Collins and Evan Miller, associate directors within Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi-Housing Group, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. Roberts, Miller and Collins procured the buyer as well.

“We received several offers on this building; ultimately, we chose a cash buyer,” said Roberts.

Built in 1959, the three-story building offers a variety of floor plans, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 420 to 816 square feet. The property offers residents close proximity to I-35W and convenient access to mass public transit.

This closing marks the 21st sale in 2019 for Roberts, Collins, Miller and the rest of the multifamily team within Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office.
