Mills Team Jumps to Cushman & Wakefield

The Mills Team, a capital markets team operating in Central Texas, has joined Cushman & Wakefield in its Austin and San Antonio offices. The team, consisting of Todd Mills, Carrie Caesar and Hunter Mills, was formerly with CBRE.

Todd Mills is former Executive Vice President at CBRE, a firm he joined in 1994. Caesar, a former First Vice President at CBRE, had been there since 2010, while Hunter Mills, a former CBRE Vice President, had come on board in 2010. Todd Mills and Caesar will split their time between Cushman & Wakefield’s Austin and San Antonio offices, while Hunter Mills will work primarily in Austin.

Joe Stettinius, Chief Executive of Brokerage & Capital Markets in the Americas for Cushman & Wakefield, indicated that the company was dedicated to growing its capabilities throughout Texas.
