Millennium Mission Valley Mixed-Use Rendering Unveiled

TCA Architects unveiled plans for Millennium Mission Valley in San Diego’s Mission Valley. The award winning architectural firm expects completion of the 305-unit multifamily community by Fall 2017, and it will be developed by The Dinerstein Companies.

The project’s vision is to create a pedestrian-community as it will integrate the apartments with two single-story retail structures, spanning 9,000 square feet of retail space. To transition from the commercial real estate into the multifamily buildings, there will be a public paseo with parking space for both residents and consumers.

Irwin Yau, Principal and Studio Director at TCA in Irvine, says, “The project’s design [allows] for alternative areas for residents and neighbors to socialize while creating a clear interaction with the central retail plaza.”
