Mill Creek Launches Leasing at Luxury Mineola Apartments

Mill Creek Residential has launched leasing at Modera Metro Mineola, its new luxury apartment community located in downtown Mineola, NY, a short walk from the Long Island Rail Road station. The 192-unit community, composed of two, four-story buildings, offers a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments.

“Young professionals and empty nesters alike are eager to find diverse, walkable downtown settings in more comfortable suburban locales,” said Russell Tepper, senior managing director of Mill Creek’s Northeast division. “Mineola fits the bill. Without sacrificing a seamless commute to NYC, Mineola is providing a centrally-located, upscale living experience in an area where highly amenitized luxury residences are in high demand.”

In addition to its proximity to the LIRR Mineola station, Modera Metro Mineola is centered near the recently expanded Winthrop Hospital, along with numerous office buildings and several Nassau County government facilities. Mineola is the Nassau County seat.

Connect Texas Multifamily will take place August 15, 2019 in Dallas. For more information, or to register, click here.
