Mike Foley Joins Colliers’ Top Industrial Team in Los Angeles

Colliers expanded its top performing industrial team in Los Angeles with the addition of Mike Foley. He joins as an EVP, partnering with brokers Chris Sheehan and Connor Reeves to focus on Los Angeles’ infill industrial market.

Foley, who brings more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently served at Cushman & Wakefield. He’s represented institutional landlords, corporate tenants and developers in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial real estate. He began his career with Colliers in the mid-1980’s and subsequently spent time at such firms as CBRE and Trammell Crow Co.

Colliers’ Jodie Poirier says, “As we continue to recruit incredible talent, adding a leader of Mike’s caliber strengthens our capabilities and further positions Colliers to be the market leader in Los Angeles Industrial.”

Foley has completed in excess of 67 million square feet of transactional activity representing such companies as Amazon, Sohnen Enterprises and Shell Oil. He’s also handled asset assignments for Prologis and Clarion Partners in SoCal’s Central and Mid Counties submarkets.
