Midtown South Specialist Joins Advisors CRE

Advisors Commercial Real Estate has brought in Howard Rosenblum (pictured) as senior managing director in the New York office. The 15-year-old firm had operated under the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand, but established itself as an independent operation after First Capital Advisors acquired much of the CBC platform in March.

“With more than 20 years of direct experience in the garment industry, having owned a garment and textile business, Howard brings unique insights and a top-notch specialty in New York City’s Midtown South area,” said Rob Cord, president and CEO of Advisors.

Rosenblum will apply his specialized expertise to commercial properties from Midtown South up into Midtown, to take advantage of the recent air rights rezoning and class A tenant moves to Hudson Yards. He began his real estate career with the Kaufman Organization, working with such firms as Bonobos, Biz 2 Credit, Reunited Clothing, ODA Architects and Vanguard Construction.
