Michigan Retail Near Notre Dame U. Trades to Vegas Buyer

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Niles Plaza, a 15,128-square-foot retail center in Niles, MI. The property sold for $2,625,000.

The firm’s Jesse Limon, Damien Yoder, Julia Evinger and Steven Chaben marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a local family investment company. The buyer, a limited liability company from Las Vegas, was secured by the Marcus & Millichap deal team.

Niles Plaza is located at 2010 S. 11th St. in Niles. It’s situated along the main retail corridor, and just seven miles north of the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN, home to 12,000-plus students. At the time of sale, the property was 100% occupied and featured a very busy single-tenant Wings Etc. outparcel, and highly visible strip with Verizon Wireless, Anytime Fitness, Edward Jones, Allied Cash Advance, H&R Block and Joe’s Barber.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
