Miami’s 52-Story Biscayne Beach Condominium Completed

South Florida-based Two Roads Development and New York-based GTIS Partners completed construction on the 52-story luxury Biscayne Beach condominium development in downtown Miami. Since sales commenced in 2013, roughly 99% of the project’s 391 units have sold at prices between $400,000 and $9 million.

Two Roads Development’s Reid Boren says, “The launch of Biscayne Beach set the bar for the revitalization of the now-thriving East Edgewater neighborhood, marking a new era for an area that had gone underutilized for years.”

Located at 2900 NE 7th Ave., along Biscayne Bay, the project is the latest newly-constructed condominium to deliver in the fast-growing East Edgewater enclave, which has come alive in recent years as one of Miami’s most in-demand districts for luxury high-rise living.

The developer received an initial temporary certificate of occupancy, allowing unit closings to commence. Residents can start interior build-outs prior to move-ins beginning this summer.
