MetroNational Disposes of 230,000 Square Feet
MetroNational sold three suburban office properties totaling approximately 230,000 square feet to different buyers. When the dust settled, the local seller had unloaded 2930 W. Sam Houston Pkwy., 10401 Centrepark Dr., and 15150 Memorial Dr.
Amerix Capital acquired the 45,125-square-foot West Sam Houston Parkway building, also known as the Kempwood Building. That property, and the 29,760-square-foot 10401 Centrepark, are on Beltway 8 in the West Belt submarket. Meanwhile, the 155,118-square-foot building at 15150 Memorial Dr., acquired by S&B Engineers and Constructors Ltd., is situated in the Energy Corridor submarket.
HFF’s Dan Miller and Trent Agnew represented the seller in the transactions. Mission Asset Marketing Inc. represented the S&B Engineers in the acquisition of 15150 Memorial Drive.
