Metro Community Church Renews in Englewood, NJ

Metro Community Church has renewed its lease for 6,200-square-feet for its administrative offices at 291 South Van Brunt St. in Englewood, NJ, located close to the church’s worship space.

“We recognized the need for additional, boutique-style office space in the neighborhood, and our leasing success at 291 South Van Brunt Street has proven that point,” said Marc Schlussel, co-managing partner of property owner Key Properties.

The recommitment maintains full occupancy at the 9,000-square-foot, Bergen County property.
