Metro Charlotte MF Community Trades Hands for $40M

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $40.4 million sale of Legacy Village, a 229-unit apartment community in Mooresville, N.C., approximately 30 miles north of Charlotte.

Built in 2017, Legacy Village features modern designs and a suite of high-end amenities. The property is located along the quickly expanding Lake Norman corridor in Mooresville.

Jordan McCarley, Marc Robinson and Watson Bryant of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Charter Properties, in the transaction. Blaze Partners acquired the property.

“Within walking distance to Lowe’s Corporate Headquarters, Legacy Village boasts high caliber construction in Charlotte’s key Mooresville employment nucleus that continues to see development, while offering a rare Class A value-add opportunity to new ownership,” said CushWake’s McCarley.
