Meridian Team Brings Bakery to Lower East Side

Meridian Retail Leasing, the retail leasing division of Meridian Capital Group, has arranged a long-term lease for a bakery at 115A Division St. on the Lower East Side. The firm’s James Famularo (pictured) and Ted Lundeen represented both the tenant and the landlord in the 650-square-foot deal.

The bakery’s co-partners are both seasoned industry veterans. Adir Michaeli is a professional pastry chef with 12 years’ experience, while Anat Sror is the owner of Café Petisco and Dishful Catering, which have operated for more than 11 years.

“Adir and Anat bring years of experience and business savvy to the table in this latest venture, which will continue to add flavor to the bustling neighborhood,” said Lundeen.

The bakery’s new location is also near several transportation options, including the F subway train at the East Broadway station, and the M15 bus.
