Meridian Brings Fitness Concept to Hell’s Kitchen
Meridian Retail Leasing arranged a long-term lease for fitness concept Studio 16 at 402 W. 51st St. in Hell’s Kitchen. The 600-square-foot space features 10 feet of frontage.
James Famularo, president of New York retail leasing at Meridian, and associate Dan Rosenblatt represented both landlord and tenant. The duo leased the space four months after bringing it to market.
Studio 16 provides in-person and online personal training and meal prep services with a focus on private training, giving clients and their trainers the option of having the entire space to themselves.
“This is owner Nathaniel Feliciano’s third location for his Studio 16 fitness concept and his first in Manhattan,” said Rosenblatt. “Nathaniel is excited to get started at this new Hell’s Kitchen location, as both he and many of his trainers started their careers as personal trainers at Manhattan gyms and have a large existing client base in the city.”
