Members Choice to Open 80K-SF HQ

Members Choice Credit Union plans to open a new headquarters building in west Houston. The 80,000-square-foot building, which broke ground in August at Barker Cypress and Interstate 10, will help consolidate the organization’s current operations, while providing room to expand. The building has an October 2017 completion date.

According to Members Choice CEO Randy Theilig, the company will occupy two to three stories, while leasing out the rest. He also said the company is examining other areas of Houston for growth.

Venus Construction is the project consultant. Burton Construction is the general contractor, and Turner Duran is the architect.
