Medical Office Demand Rises in Phoenix Metro

Medical office leasing experts report demand for MOB space is on the rise in the Phoenix Metro. A case in point, is the recent flurry of leasing activity at Jamel Greenway LLC’s Lincoln Medical Plaza.

JLL’s Phoenix office completed 21,275 square feet in new leases at the Class A facility at Scottsdale Road and Lincoln Drive in Paradise Valley’s Lincoln Plaza Retail Center. The newly renovated 27,868-square-foot building at 7125 E. Lincoln Dr. is now 100% leased, with the addition of Clear Dermatology and a full second-floor lease to Paradise Valley Multi-Specialty Surgery Center.

JLL’s Mari Lederman and Katie McIntyre represented the building owner, as well as Clear Dermatology in the lease negotiations.

Paradise Valley Multi-Specialty Surgery Center claimed a 15,582-square-foot, full second-floor space, while Clear Dermatology took 6,143 square feet on the first floor. Benessair Health also occupies 6,143 square feet at the building.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator.
