Medical Office Building Near Charlotte Trades for $10M

HFF brokered the $10.1 million sale of the 35,157-square-foot Davidson Medical Office Building in Davidson, NC.

Located at 705 Griffith St., the property is nearby downtown Davidson, which is approximately 20 miles north of Uptown Charlotte. Built in 2001, the center is currently 95% leased to a tenant roster that includes Atrium Health.

Zack Drozda, Evan Kovac, Ben Appel and Andrew Milne of HFF represented the seller, Charlotte-based real estate private equity firm Canvass Capital in the transaction. The buyer was undisclosed.
