Media Park Santa Monica at Full Capacity
Media Park Santa Monica, a creative-office complex that spans 5.22 acres, is now fully leased.
Mitchell Stokes, a partner at brokerage firm Madison Partners, brought the 98,500-square-foot property to full capacity. His most recent deal was to sign Whip Networks to 12,400 square feet, in a deal that was valued at $2.5 million over a five-year term. The new tenant is a tech firm that creates applications which make it easier for consumers to watch videos and other media on their mobile devices.
Media Park Santa Monica has floor plans that range between 4,000 and 16,000 square feet.
