Medallion Midstream Signs for Space at Tower 909

Medallion Midstream inked a 28,058-square-foot deal for office space at Tower 909 in Irving, TX. The full-service oil and gas midstream provider will use the new space for its headquarters. The tenant’s current office is at 222 W. Las Colinas Blvd., and the deal effectively triples the company’s floor space.

Transwestern’s Justin Miller, Kim Brooks and Scott Walker represented the landlord, KBS Realty Advisors in negotiations. Robert Blount with CBRE was on hand for the tenant.

Tower 909 is a 19-story, 364,336-square-foot office building located at 909 Lake Carolyn Pkwy. in Irving’s Las Colinas neighborhood. The building is adjacent to the Urban Center Station of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s (DART) light rail system.
