McWhinney Divests Last-Mile Distribution Facility in Northern Colorado
Mark IV Capital acquired a newly constructed, Class A, 122,806-square-foot, industrial facility in Loveland, CO from McWhinney for an undisclosed price. The property and adjacent parking lot is situated on 20.64 acres at 4541-4555 Viking Way within Centerra, a master-planned community, and was developed by McWhinney.
Centerra Industrial Building IV is fully leased to a global e-commerce company. The building was completed in late 2019, and features tilt-up concrete construction, extra land for ample parking, 24- to 30-foot clear ceiling heights, 12 truck doors, 50 dock doors and ESFR fire suppression.
JLL’s Larry Thiel, Britton Burdette, Bo Mills, Eric Tupler, Brock Yaffe and Rachel Vogel marketed the property on behalf of the seller.
“The marketing of Centerra Industrial Building IV saw several new-to-the-sector investors looking for an opportunity to place capital in an e-commerce facility,” Thiel said.
