McShane Gets Nod for First Major Wisconsin Job

Mandel Group Inc. has selected McShane Construction to build its Six Points Apartments in West Allis, WI. It’s the first major assignment McShane has gotten in Wisconsin since opening an office in Madison earlier this year.

Located on 4.86 acres in West Allis, the site is a 10-minute drive from downtown Milwaukee. The first level of the four-story complex will consist of a pre-cast parking structure. Above the parking structure will be three levels of wood frame apartments totaling 177 units.

“McShane Construction has been eager to expand our general contracting services in the southern Wisconsin market for some time now, and we are excited to have another multifamily project in the state,” said McShane President Jeff Raday.
