McKee Tessa Buys 17 Acres, Plans New Facility

Houston-based McKee Tessa LLC acquired 17 acres at 700 Almeda Genoa Rd. near Pearland, TX, for a new industrial facility. The company, which manufacturers underground concrete structures, is planning to build 55,000 square feet on the acreage. The move represents an expansion from the company’s current 27,000 square feet at 7600 S. Santa Fe.

Michael Keegan and Clay Pritchett of NAI Partners represented the land’s seller, Carolyn Maxey. Chase Spence of Colliers International represented McKee Tessa.

Construction on the new facility will begin in January, and it will sit on eight of the acres. The remaining nine acres will eventually hold another 55,000-square-foot facility.
