McCord Development’s Generation Park Will Add MOB

McCord Development’s 4,000-acre master-planned Generation Park in Houston will add a 101,000-square-foot, Class-A medical office space within its mixed-use lifestyle district, Redemption Square. To be located at 100 N. Redemption Square Rd., the medical offices are now available for pre-leasing.

“We are making any medical experience as pleasurable as possible for both practitioners and patients,” said McCord Development president Ryan McCord. “A small, but paramount, part of creating that experience was ensuring you can see the lake at West Lake Park from every floor.”

Generation Park’s two colleges, San Jacinto College and Lone Star College, offer the added benefit of near on-site workforce and recruiting tool for medical practices ranging from general family medicine to neurology and oncology or physical therapy, according to McCord Development.

Property naming rights with building monumentation will be available.
