McCall & Almy Secures 55K-SF Office Lease in Peabody

McCall & Almy has secured a 54,672-square-foot lease renewal and expansion for tenant Barton Associates at 300 Jubilee Dr. in Peabody.

Barton Associates is a nationwide staffing agency which serves physicians, PAs, NPs, CRNAs, hospitals, practices and companies. The firm renewed and expanded its lease at the 163,800-square-foot office and warehouse property.

John Dolan and Rob Glor of McCall & Almy represented Barton Associates in the transaction. Tim Brodigan and Greg Klemmer of Colliers International advised the landlord, Brookwood Financial Partners LLC.
