MCA Realty Sells Brookhollow Freeway Showroom Center

MCA Realty recently sold three of four buildings that compose the retail/showroom complex in Santa Ana called Brookhollow Freeway Showroom Center. The three buildings were sold in two separate transactions totaling $16.8 million.

1540 Brookhollow Drive, a 18,568-square-foot building, was sold to its occupant, McFadden-Dale Industrial Hardware. Two buildings, at 1554 and 1548 Brookhollow Drive, totaling 31,900 square feet and 24,069 square feet, were purchased by a private investor as part of a 1031 exchange.

The fourth building, which is occupied by Wine Exchange, is being retained by MCA Realty, which was represented by CBRE in the transactions.
