Masonry Firm Relocates within Alsip

Entre Commercial Realty completed the sale of a 9,586-square-foot building at 5901 W. 115th in Alsip, IL to AA Restoration for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition represented an expansion and a relocation for AA Restoration from another location, also in Alsip.

Established in 2013, AA Restoration specializes in tuckpointing and masonry restoration services throughout the commercial, industrial, and residential communities of the Chicagoland area. The current Alsip facility has historically been used for the fabrication, display, storage and distribution of stone products.

Since AA Restoration is in the masonry business, the new location was a good match for its requirements. The building features high ceiling height with heavy power and outside storage.

Entre’s Jeffrey Locascio represented both the buyer and the seller, Granite Place.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
