The Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at Roosevelt University (MBIRE) announced today it has expanded course offerings and added six new instructors – all leading real estate professionals – to its Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) and its real estate development/finance and investment certification programs.

They include the following:
Summer 2020: CBRE’s Linda Kanoski, teaching project and construction management.
Fall 2020: Timothy S. Kramer, Draper and Kramer, property management and marketing.
Fall 2020 and Spring 2021: Jeffrey M. Bramson, JLL Capital Markets and Court Ventures’ Gary Cowen, co-teaching the real estate process. Also, Heitman’s Daniel Vickerman will teach financial modeling.
Spring 2021: Steve Friedman, SB Development Advisors, teaching public/private partnerships.

“Our seasoned industry professionals bring deep inside knowledge, the kind you only get when you’ve been in the field,” said Collete English Dixon, MBIRE executive director. They also can provide networking, internship and other unique opportunities.”
