Marriott and Zinburger Come to Somerset Corporate Center in Bridgewater, NJ.

AC Hotels by Marriott and Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar will develop a site in the Somerset Corporate Center in Bridgewater, NJ.

Construction will start this month on the 150-key hotel with a rooftop bar and lounge, complemented by a 5,800-square-foot, free-standing Zinburger restaurant. Both should be completed by 2020.

“AC Hotels by Marriott and Zinburger are two great brands that will significantly add to the quality of work-life we provide,” said Steven J. Pozycki, CEO of SJP Properties, developer of the 1.3-million-square-foot Somerset Corporate Center (pictured).  The building is fully-leased to office tenants including Linde Americas, Qualcomm, iconectiv, Mazda, Kering Eyewear, Allergan, Cognizant Technologies, Aon Hewitt and Merrill Lynch.
