Mark O’Donnell Promoted to Savills Studley’s Texas Regional Manager

Mark O’Donnell, Savills Studley’s Houston Branch Manager and Director, has been promoted to the position of Texas Regional Manager from that of Executive Vice President. O’Donnell has more than two decades of commercial real estate brokerage experience, and his new position will give him greater oversight of the firm’s strategic direction. Before joining Savills Studley, O’Donnell was with CBRE.

O’Donnell, with colleague Derrell Curry, re-opened the Savills Studley Houston office in 2003. Curry is remaining in his current position of Executive Vice President and Houston Branch Manager. Drew Morris, the office’s first hire in 2003, is being promoted to Senior Vice President and Branch Manager. Also being promoted to Executive Vice President and Branch Manager of Houston is Kyle Kelley. Kelley joined Savills Studley in 2009.
