Maria Tash Inks HQ Lease at Soho Boutique Offices

Maria Tash, the eponymous firm of the jewelry designer and piercing expert whose clients include Rihanna, Katy Perry and Scarlett Johansson, signed a 16,910-square-foot headquarters lease at HOWARDXCROSBY. The newly-renovated boutique office and retail building in Soho was created by repositioning and combining 30 and 32 Howard St. to create 2 Crosby St.

“Like our historic corner building, the Maria Tash brand mixes edgy street style with an aura of luxury and exclusivity,” said Peter Palandjian, CEO of Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, which repositioned the property in partnership with K Property Group. “It’s a perfect match.”

The new tenant joins Rick Owens at HOWARDXCROSBY, where the menswear fashion brand has leased the entire 7,500-square-foot third floor for its U.S. headquarters.

Maria Tash was represented by CBRE’s David Stockel and Joseph DeRosa. Building ownership was represented by NKF’s David Malawer.
